Second, fill in your personal details — full name, date of birth, and region. Third, choose your preferred payment method and agree to the Terms and Conditions. The whole thing takes under three minutes. After you submit, verify your mobile number via the OTP sent to your phone and your account is live.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at Urion Play. This follows Philippine gaming regulations. Age is verified during registration and again when you request your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to underage players are closed immediately and any funds are returned.

No. Each player is allowed only one account. Opening multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and forfeiture of any balances. Yes. Minimum deposit amounts vary slightly depending on the payment method, but generally start from ₱100 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. The exact minimums are displayed on the deposit page inside your account dashboard. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may require additional verification.

GCash and Maya deposits are usually instant. Bank transfers via InstaPay can take up to 2–3 hours depending on your bank. If your deposit hasn't reflected after the expected window, take note of your transaction reference number from the payment app and contact our live chat team. We'll trace it and credit your account manually if necessary.

Urion Play does not charge its own deposit fees. However, some payment providers may apply their own processing charges — for example, some banks may have a small InstaPay fee. Withdrawals & Payouts 5

Go to your account dashboard and select Withdraw. Enter the amount you wish to cash out and choose your preferred payment method — GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or card. Make sure your KYC verification is complete first, as withdrawals won't process without it. Most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours; GCash transfers are often faster.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 for all payment methods. This is to keep processing efficient for both the platform and your chosen payment provider. There is no minimum number of withdrawals per week — you can cash out as often as your balance allows.

Most withdrawals are processed by Urion Play within 24 hours on business days. GCash and Maya transfers typically arrive within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers (InstaPay/PESONet) may take up to 1–2 business days depending on your bank. If your withdrawal has been pending for over 48 hours, contact live chat with your withdrawal reference number.

Common reasons include: KYC verification not yet completed, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, bonus funds included in the withdrawal amount, or the withdrawal method doesn't match the deposit method. A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or turnover) is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before it converts to real withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place ₱20,000 in total bets before you can cash out the bonus. Your account dashboard tracks your progress in real time.

Bonus expiry varies by promotion — check the specific bonus terms in your account dashboard. Most bonuses at Urion Play expire between 7 and 30 days after being credited. Unused or incomplete bonuses are removed from your account when they expire. We send reminders before expiry so you don't lose out.
