Welcome to Urion Play. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Urion Play platform, accessible at urionplay.com. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet on Urion Play, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to these terms in full.

Urion Play reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 years old will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited. This is non-negotiable and we take it seriously.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on Urion Play. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using different email addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and funds being reviewed for potential forfeiture.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
Urion Play may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point, including before processing withdrawals. KYC may require you to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Urion Play will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact us immediately.
Urion Play accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods:
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits made using verified payment methods are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes. Urion Play does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.
All funds deposited to Urion Play must be from sources owned by the account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from another person into your account, is not permitted.
Note: Urion Play does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time. Only Philippine Peso (₱/PHP) transactions are supported.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your Urion Play account dashboard at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where possible. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Processing times are as follows:
Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, Urion Play may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will be held pending verification. Please ensure your account details are accurate to avoid delays.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from the wagering of real-money funds (and bonuses that have met the applicable wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.
Urion Play offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin events, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:
Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus mechanics — will have their accounts terminated and all associated funds forfeited.
All games available on Urion Play are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules, paytables, and mechanics, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.
Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Urion Play has no ability to manipulate game outcomes and does not do so. All results are final once confirmed by the game server.
In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection or server error — Urion Play will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of the error. If this is not possible, bets placed during the affected round will be refunded to the player's account.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. Urion Play reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on Urion Play and will result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:
Urion Play actively monitors accounts for suspicious behavior. Players found in violation of these rules will have their accounts permanently closed. Any funds in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation.
